When I workout I like to do cardio. This is usually under the form of walking or running. When I’m at the gym I get on the treadmill and break a really good sweat. It makes me feel good afterwards. However, I realize that I also need to lift. I need to lift to maintain muscle tone, and even gain mass. Sometimes it is hard to split time between the two, but I do my best to work everything into my routine. Recently I discovered a new technique. It is called aerobic weightlifting. I lift slightly lighter weight for a greater number of repetitions, and I take less rest between sets and stations. It is wonderful, especially when I have taken the Gamma Labs Pre-Training formula before my workout. The Gamma Labs product gives me extra energy and I move around at a faster pace, lifting more and sweating more. I really like aerobic weightlifting.
